1. Overview
At Skilluron, we want every student to be confident in their enrolment decision. We offer a free demo class before any payment so you can experience our teaching style and decide if we're the right fit. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued after enrolment.
2. Free Demo Class
Before enrolling, every student is entitled to one free demo class for any course or program. We strongly encourage you to attend a demo class before making a payment. No refund disputes can be based on teaching style, curriculum structure, or instructor quality if a demo class was available and not attended.
3. Refund Eligibility — Tech Courses
Within 48 hours of enrolment
If you request a refund within 48 hours of paying the course fee and before attending more than one live session, you are eligible for a full refund.
After 48 hours / after 2+ sessions
No refund will be issued once 48 hours have passed from payment or after you have attended 2 or more sessions, whichever occurs first.
Instalments
If you are paying in instalments, the refund window applies only to the first instalment and only within 48 hours of the first payment. Subsequent instalments are non-refundable.
4. Refund Eligibility — School Tuition
Monthly fee model
School tuition fees are collected monthly in advance. If you wish to discontinue, you must inform us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Fees already collected for the current month are non-refundable.
First month
If you are dissatisfied after the first paid session and inform us within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund for that month. This applies only to the first month of enrolment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You attended 2 or more sessions and the 48-hour window has passed
- You were removed from the course for violating our Code of Conduct
- You claim inability to attend due to personal schedule conflicts after enrolment
- You are dissatisfied with course content that was clearly described in our syllabus or demo class
- Technical issues on your end (internet, device) that are outside Skilluron's control
6. Course Cancellation by Skilluron
In the unlikely event that Skilluron cancels a batch or program before it starts, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days. If a batch is discontinued mid-course due to reasons within Skilluron's control, we will offer either:
- A pro-rata refund for the remaining sessions, or
- Transfer to an equivalent upcoming batch at no additional cost
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window using any of the following:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
