Terms of Service

By accessing our website, filling out an enquiry form, attending a demo class, or enrolling in any Skilluron course or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Skilluron provides live, instructor-led education services including:

• Tech career courses: Python, Full Stack Web Development, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning
• School tuition for Class 1–10 (CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards)
• Free demo classes for prospective students
• Career guidance and placement support

Classes are conducted online via video conferencing platforms and/or in-person at our registered locations in India.

Enrolment is confirmed only after receipt of the course fee and issuance of a confirmation by Skilluron. For school students below the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the enrolment and accept these terms on the student's behalf.

Course fees are as communicated at the time of enrolment and are subject to change for new batches. Fees must be paid as agreed (full payment or instalment schedule) before or on the date classes begin, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing by Skilluron.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available at skilluron.com/refund. Please read it carefully before enrolment.

All students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and participate respectfully
• Not record, share, or reproduce class content without written permission
• Not misuse or share their login credentials or class links
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect

Skilluron reserves the right to remove any student from a course without refund if they violate this code of conduct.

All course materials, slides, recordings (where provided), and content created by Skilluron are the intellectual property of Skilluron. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

Skilluron provides education and career guidance but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary levels, or academic grades. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and market conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skilluron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable course in the preceding 3 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Skilluron reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
